2. What do I do when I notice something after the City's regular business hours?

You have two choices.
1. Visit the CityCare page on this website and your concern will be forwarded to the appropriate staff member for follow up.
2. Call City Hall at 818-706-1613. Your call will be answered by the City's after-hours answering service and forwarded to the appropriate staff member.

3. How will my report be answered?

Residents who call will receive a call back from City staff with the latest update on their report. those who submit their report through the website will receive the same follow up message via phone or email (your preference).

4. When is it appropriate to call 911, the Sheriff's Station, or CityCare?

Call 911 for all medical and life threatening situations. Call the Sheriff's Station, 818-878-1808, for more serious concerns, such as reckless driving or suspicious solicitation. CityCare is here to help our community come together to maintain our City's quality environment.
