What transportation programs does the City provide for its residents?: The City provides Senior Citizen/Disabled Dial-A-Ride services. This is a general dial-a-ride service for residents over the ages of 65 years or for those unable to drive due to a disability. Rides are $4.00 one way to all locations within Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and designated stops in Agoura Hills. Riders must pick up a free dial-a-ride identification card to City Hall prior to first use. Please call 818-707-2900 to arrange for service.
