The Land Use Committee evaluates and advises the City Council on development related proposals, including residential, office, and commercial projects. The Committee also has oversight of zoning regulations, and advises the City Council on matters such as sign applications and standards, building regulations, and code enforcement.
For 2023, starting in February, meetings are scheduled for the 1st Wednesday of the month. Meetings are conducted hybrid. See posted agenda on how to attend in-person or virtually.
