The Westlake Village Civic Center was dedicated on March 23, 2002.  Designed by the Architecture firm of Gonzalez-Goodale, the facility houses the City Council Chambers, City Hall offices, Community Rooms and the Daniel K. Ludwig Westlake Village Library. 

The Community Rooms can be used free of charge by non-profit groups that serve the residents of the City. For more information click here.

The City hosts many special events each year in the Civic Center Courtyard including the annual TGIF summer entertainment series and the City Celebration each fall.

City Hall is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.  City Hall is closed on the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
President's Day 
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Veteran's Day
Thanksgiving and the day after
Christmas Eve 
Christmas Day
New Year's Eve

For non-life threatening after-hours service concerns, residents may log onto CityCare or call 818-706-1613. After-hours calls will be answered by an answering service.  Information will be forwarded to City staff for appropriate follow up.
